M.A.C.U.S.A. Identification Card Template PNG

I got a message from someone who is not familiar with working pdfs and layers for the other post of the template I put up, so I thought I'd post a .png version which has a transparent window for ones image so people can just paste it on top of their preferred photo. For those who are not graphics savvy... I'm not that great either xD I do everything by trial and error, so I'll try to walk you through this but it may take a few tries. 

STEP 1: Open an image program like MS Paint.
STEP 2: Copy and Paste this image into Paint
STEP 3: Paste your photo over the area with the black box (for reference, the box size is 333x388 pixels. You can resize in paint by clicking the RESIZE option and following the prompts.) 
STEP 4: Once you have your image placed, click the word 'SELECT' beneath the dashed-box icon (upper left, next to the RESIZE option) and click the bottom option in the drop down box that says 'TRANSPARENT SELECTION' (this should now be highlighted. 
STEP 5: Make sure your COLOR 2 is selected as BLACK
STEP 6: Copy this image again and paste (it's easier if you're fully zoomed out as everything should fall into its proper place. To zoom out, hold down the CTRL key and use the scroll wheel on the mouse) 
STEP 7: You should be done! Print and have fun!

I don't claim to be the greatest at making this kind of thing, but I tried! Until something better comes along, I hope this shall suffice! Just remember to fill it out with green ink!
